Sample Post Orders

• Clock in and out of the Time app. (Review schedule)
• Password to enter the storage and lockbox inside is "????"
• Get the Golf Cart from the vacant unit on Colima Rd. Charge phone in vacant unit if needed.
• Get the rechargeable company flashlight from the vacant unit.
• Must answer the jobsite phone when on duty. Tenants can call us for emergency.
• Dust off the golf cart during shift
• Jobsite Phone Number: (???) ???-????
• Arrive to the jobsite in the appropriate uniform. If you need uniform or equipment, call a supervisor.
• Before getting on the Golf Cart, sign the key log before and after the shift. Call supervisor for lost keys.
• Patrol with the Golf Cart. Park the Golf Cart in different locations with the amber lights.
• Do not eat or wear ear pods while on duty or when driving golf cart.
• No visitors onsite
• Prevent people from leaving the property boundaries with the 168 shopping carts.
• You are not allowed to leave until relief arrives.
• If your relief hasn't arrived call a supervisor.
• The homeless tend to loiter in the vacant units. Escort them off the property.
• No loitering within the property boundaries including sports cars.
• Dispose belongings of homeless. (Wear rubber gloves)
• Never leave the jobsite unattended. Before going on break call a supervisor. Supervisor will be able to relief you.
• Look out for people trying to burglarize.
• Be on the lookout for auto theft and vandalism.
• Always be aware of who/what is coming in and out of the area. Keep eyes and ears open for suspicious activities.
• Do not let anybody park in the red zone.
• If there is a property damage call maintenance: (???) ???-????
• If there is forced entry or vandalism during your shift write an incident report.
• Intervene when necessary to prevent injurious acts to persons or property.
• Place phone in vacant unit after your shift is over.
• When your shift is over report to the office area and wait for your relief to arrive.
