  • Review post orders on the phone application.
  • Spend downtime near the middle of the lot or on Chapel.
  • Escort homeless or anyone suspicious off the property boundaries.
  • Remove homeless belongings within the property boundaries. Scan checkpoints (Middle, Alley, Electrical Battery and Entrance)
    Middle – Middle of the property/parking lot. (Your downtime can be spent here)
    Alley – The long alley on a Team Patrol Warning sign.
    Electrical Battery – Is a big green battery on Chapel near the sidewalk.
    Entrance – Main entrance on Monterey St. on gate.

Answers to FAQs

  • We do not secure the construction site near us.
    There are several porta potties onsite.
    If you have car problems, call a supervisor for assistance.
  • Attach photos of the jobsite onto the report throughout the shift. (Clients Request)
  • Be vigilant if you notice graffiti, forced entry or any signs of vandalism write onto the report.
  • Let supervision know if you are going on break.
  • If you notice forced entry before or during your shift, write an incident report also include the information on the Daily Activity Report.
  • Do not have prolong conversations with members of the public it can be a decoy.
  • Listening to music while on duty is not allowed. Keep eyes and ears open for suspicious activity.

General Post Orders Glimpse

  • Relay reports of bomb threats immediately to local law enforcement.
  • Use defense equipment only in life threatening or restraint situation. Not as a measure of threat or intimidation.
  • Submit report right after the shift is over.
